CurbCargo has reached another great milestone on its mission to reduce pollution and congestion in cities. Their unique SaaS platform has been implemented at ten iconic buildings in central London, in partnership with leading property owners, managers, and occupiers, to improve London’s air quality, reduce freight vehicle congestion, and enhance the public realm.

Property management teams and occupiers are using CurbCargo’s data and insights to evaluate the environmental impact of their supplier deliveries and identify specific opportunities to reduce freight vehicle movements and help drive the shift to low-emission vehicles. ‘Collaborate to consolidate’ is a consistent theme underpinning the joint property management team and occupier initiatives unlocked by CurbCargo’s data, insights and ‘Make a Difference’ prompts.

CurbCargo’s latest release includes support for buildings that operate off-site physical consolidation centres. This helps owners and occupiers track the impact of supplier deliveries both direct to the building and via a consolidation centre. CurbCargo can now prompt changes in ordering patterns and supplier arrangements, targeting reductions in the number of vehicles arriving at the consolidation centre to lower environmental impacts in the local area.
